Condo Floor Repair

Problem:

The slab floor inside of a condo building settled.  The condo floor repair was the HOA’s responsibility.

Solution:

High density polyurethane foam jacking to raise the floor back up. Foam jacking is an excellent method for repairing floors inside of residences because the process is fast, clean and minimally disruptive.  The unit’s tenants were only displaced for two days for the project, which was paired with floor covering replacement by others.

Result:

Concrete Jack foam jacking crew raised the settled floors throughout the unit in a few hours.  The foam used on this slab foundation repair project cures in a few seconds, so the customer was able to continue using the area as usual.
