Portsmouth Apartment Floor Repair

Problem:

Concrete floor slab of two-story apartment in Portsmouth, VA settled. This repair was part of an ongoing slab foundation repair project hrough two different apartment buildings, which are all done individually upon vacancies.

Solution:

High density polyurethane foam jacking for this foundation repair project. Foam jacking is the method of choice for lifting settled slab floors because it is fast, clean and lifts large areas at once.  Lifting large areas at once is key for reducing damage to interior finishes such as drywall, cabinets and floor coverings.

Results:

Concrete Jack foam jacking crew installed NCFI high density polyurethane to raise the settled portion of the slab foundations back into place. The work was completed in fewer than four hours.
