Push pier foundation repair in Suffolk, Virginia

Challenge:

Two corners of a single story residential home in Suffolk, Virginia settled.  The foundation was evaluated by a structural engineer, who recommended that the homeowner have piers installed under the two areas.

Solution:

Concrete Jack proposed installing three push piers per the engineer’s recommendations.  

Results:

Concrete Jack installed three push piers at the locations indicated by the engineer.  This foundation repair project was completed in a single day.  The average depth of the piers was 40 feet.  After the piers were pushed into the ground, load transfer with slight lifting was done using a manifold system.
