Slab Floor Void Fill
A plumbing contractor replacing the sanitary sewer lines below a home in Alexandria, Virginia discovered large voids under the floor. The contractor was concerned that cutting through the floor to replace the plumbing would cause the floor to settle.
Polyurethane foam jacking fill the voids below the floor along the path of the plumbing repair.
A Concrete Jack slab foundation repair crew injected polyurethane foam below the floor along the path of the sewer lines being replaced. This allowed the plumbing contractor to cut the slab without causing it to collapse. The homeowner was provided a warranty against settlement afterwards.
