Concrete Jack was contracted to inspect and make repair recommendations for sinkholes and soil settlement around manholes throughout Liberty Crossing, a community association in Williamsburg, VA. Upon review of the inspection, Liberty Crossing recognized the abundant cost savings and lack of disruption to the community that Concrete Jack could provide and signed up for the first round of a multi-year stormwater rehabilitation contract.
Concrete Jack sealed the separated pipe joints and the manholes as well as filled the respective sinkholes in 2 days for about 30% of the cost of stormwater structure replacement.
“I have had the pleasure to work with Concrete Jack for over 3 years now. The team is very responsive and takes the time to answer any questions the Board or Directors or myself may have. I have found Concrete Jack to be extremely competitive in their pricing and the quality of work is by far one of the best in the area. I have used CJ not only for sidewalks, but also for sinkhole and stormwater prevention. They are a great company and I will continue to use them in the future.”
