Concrete Jack was contracted to inspect sinkholes and soil settlement around manholes throughout Liberty Crossing, a community association in Williamsburg, VA and make repair recommendations.
Upon review of the inspection, Liberty Crossing recognized the abundant cost savings and lack of disruption to the community that Concrete Jack could provide. They decided to repair multiple structures in 2021 and will address the remaining repairs in 2022-2023.

Concrete Jack was able to fill the voids and seal the pipe to create a stable and safe environment for the residents.
“I have had the pleasure to work with Concrete Jack for over 3 years now. The team is very responsive and takes the time to answer any questions the Board or Directors or myself may have. I have found Concrete Jack to be extremely competitive in their pricing and the quality of work is by far one of the best in the area. I have used CJ not only for sidewalks, but also for sinkhole and stormwater prevention. They are a great company and I will continue to use them in the future.”Matthew Hallman, United Property Associates
